Terms of Service & Stewardship Agreement

I. Foundational Governance & Doctrinal Mandate

As we try to follow the declaration of those things which were preached and practiced by the Apostles, it is our duty and responsibility to perpetuate and exalt the Apostles’ Doctrine and Standard of Holiness.

It is imperative that we “earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.” This is in the instruction given to us by the great servant of our Lord, Jude (Jude 1:3). This we intend to do, both in word and deed.

We have adopted these rules, regulations, and by-laws for the governing and guiding of our business. We humbly comply with what the Apostles left on record to instruct and govern the services we provide. This is done so that we may not be led away into error or fall from their steadfastness but instead grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, who is God Almighty.

II. Ethical Boundaries & Service Continuity

We must observe and do all that was commanded to us by the Lord Jesus through the Apostles. God has required of us ONE WAY. If at any time the services you request of us falls outside of the written scriptural boundaries, we will no longer provide services and you will be given two weeks to find a replacement before services will be terminated.

III. Scope of Stewardship

Pro104 INC provides technical infrastructure, performance marketing, and digital entity management. Our engagement is defined as a "Stewardship Relationship," where we diligently manage the digital assets (websites, ad accounts, and listings) entrusted to us by the Client to reflect the highest standards of professional integrity.

IV. Technical Integrity & Security

To ensure the "diligence of the hand" in all digital operations, Clients agree to:

Maintain security protocols, including Atomic ModSecurity Rule Sets and encrypted hosting environments.
Provide accurate Entity Data (NAP) to ensure valid AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and Knowledge Graph synchronization.

V. Financial Terms & Performance

Investment tiers (Foundation, Growth, or Authority) are billed monthly. In alignment with our commitment to diligent management, accounts must remain in good standing to maintain active "Signal Syncing" and ad campaign performance.

VI. Intellectual Property & Knowledge Assets

Upon full payment of fees, the Client retains ownership of their specific Brand Identity and Content Assets. However, the proprietary "Semantic Engineering" methodologies and technical "Rule Sets" developed by Pro104 INC remain the sole intellectual property of Pro104 INC.

VII. Limitation of Liability

Pro104 INC acts as a diligent steward of your digital presence. While we employ enterprise-grade security and machine-learning optimization, the digital landscape is subject to third-party algorithmic shifts (Google, Meta, etc.). Pro104 INC is not liable for fluctuations in third-party platform policies or search engine results.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Disputes shall be resolved through professional mediation in Hamilton County, Indiana, in accordance with the principles of stewardship and mutual integrity.
